Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the size and weight of HVAC equipment, we utilize freight shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery depending on your location within the contiguous United States.
What is your return policy for MRCOOL systems?
We offer a 30-day return policy for units in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that because these are heavy freight items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
