  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
